The case study “Morocco: Conflicts between Nomadic Pastoralists and Farmers in the Souss Region” explores how fragile land governance and rapid social transformations in the Souss-Massa region can turn long-standing coexistence into conflict.

The recommendations reflect the expertise and diverse perspectives of government officials, civil society representatives, technical experts, community stakeholders and international partners, providing a strategic roadmap for advancing inclusive, resilient land governance across the Arab region.
