The Environment Outlook for the Arab Region (EOAR) report can be seen as a large and transparent window from which we can contemplate the state of our Arab environment today. It also provides a glimpse of the future. It has been an honour for us to actively participate in the production of this pioneering report, in close ooperation with our valuable partners from the League of Arab States, the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), other regional and international organizations and a world class group of experts from the Arab region.
